    Description

Up for sale is a lot of three 90% silver half dollars, a Liberty Walking, a Franklin and a Kennedy, one from the Denver mint, the other two from Philadelphia.  The coins pictured are the coins you will get.  They are all pulled from circulation, but are in great shape as you can see from the pictures.  The oldest coin, the 1941 Liberty Walking shows the most wear on the high spots like the body of Liberty and the body of the eagle, but it still has great detail and luster for a coin dating back to the beginning of World War II.  The 1959 Franklin is from the Philadelphia mint as is the Walking but the 1964 Kennedy is from the Denver mint.  They are all 90% silver.  Only the 1964 Kennedy halves were minted in 90% silver, later years were 40% silver or no silver at all. It makes a great set to see the history of US half dollars and is also a good way to invest in the value of silver.  These coins are all 90% silver and will therefore be linked to the value of silver as well as their collector value.  If you want additional pictures, just email me with your request.
